This movie marks Bradley Cooper’s second venture into directing, following his success with “A Star is Born,” a film in which he starred alongside Lady Gaga. “A Star is Born” received critical acclaim and even secured nominations for Best Picture at the Academy Awards in 2019. The movie also claimed the coveted Best Original Song Oscar for its hit track, “Shallow.”
In “Maestro,” Cooper takes on the role of conductor Leonard Bernstein. He not only stars in the film but also serves as a producer. The story delves into Bernstein’s life, centering around his enduring 25-year marriage to Felicia Montealegre, portrayed by Carey Mulligan.
