Every student has to undergo
eight weeks of Organisational Traineeship which
is compulsory during April
and May after completion of the first year
course. Student has to submit a letter from the
organisation stating successful completion of
Organisational
Traineeship for eight weeks to the PGDBM
office, to be eligible for admission to second
year. The report prepared by the students will
be evaluated by the organisation where the student
was placed for training and also by the Institute.
Presentations of Organisational
Traineeship Report in the class room is
compulsory. The cost of Organisational
Traineeship will have to be borne by the
candidates themselves. However, the Institute
will help in negotiating with various organisations
for such placements.
To recruit Organisational
Traineeship trainees for the current
year, we request you to contact Placement Director, placement@vamnicom.org
indicating the nature of your requirement and
selection procedure. The Organisational
Traineeship is of 60 days duration and
is scheduled for the current batch of PGDBM in
the month of April
and May.

The
Institute has dedicated Placement Cell and has
been able to provide Final Placement to majority
of the students of all these batches. We have
record of highly successful placement in Private,
Public, Co-operative sector and N.G.O.S.
To recruit management students
from the current batch of the Post Graduate Diploma
in Business Management (PGDBM), you are requested
to contact Placement Director, placement@vamnicom.org
indicating the nature of your requirement, selection
procedure etc. It would be pleasure to have you
on our campus for pre-placement talks/ interviews
and we shall extend all the necessary assistance
during the course of your visit to the Institute.
If you desire to conduct the interviews elsewhere,
we shall coordinate accordingly. |
