The national institute conducts in nine months
Post Graduate Diploma in Co-operative Business Management (DCBM)
for the in service personnel in the Co-operative sector in order
to ensure skills up gradation. Scholars from Asia & Africa also
take advantage of this Programme every year, under various international
schemes of training, DCBM is recognised by the Government of India.
The Institute also conducts two year full time
Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) to develop
a strong human resource base of youth, capable of managing the Co-operative
organisations effectively in an environment of change, by fostering
attitudes as well as developing knowledge and skills, aimed at their
growth into competent and responsible managers. The Diploma is recognised
by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government
