Marketing Management, General Management, HRM/HR, Cooperative / Rural Marketing, Banking operations and practices, Legal Aspects. Contributed over 100 articles, book reviews, management case, case studies in the areas of interest. Having effective skill’s in organizing seminars, conferences, symposiums and foot.
Has over 14 years of expereince in teaching and about four years experience in Market Research in Government recognised agency dealing with research in Textiles. Specialization in Business Policy, Marketing, Organisational Behaviour, and, conducts training programmes focusing on these subjects for cooperatives. Associated with DCBM and PGDBM, which are core long duration programmes of the Institute. Has been associated with State Government sponsored research / evaluation studies in the area of cooperative marketing and credit.
Has been in teaching and training since 1993. HRM and OB are the areas of specialisation. 13 years of experience. Other than teaching and training experience includes coordination of MBA ,Diploma and Management Development Programmes. Certified National Trainer of Junior Chamber International. Has published around 10 articles in various journals such as Yojana, Indian Consumer Cooperator, Cooperative Review etc. In charge of placement (Summer Project – OTS).
Has got experience in teaching, training and research over 14 years. Specialized in Credit and banking area. Published about 20 articles and case studies in leading national and international journals and magazines. Done project assignments of Govt. of Kerala, Govt. of Tamil nadu, institute of Rural management, Anand, (IRMA) and National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) New Delhi. Also, currently the Joint programme Director of the Post graduate Diploma in Cooperative Business Management (DCBM).

He holds experience of over 17 years in the field of Information Technology (IT) which includes 13 years of academic experience besides experience of IT consulting, Management Information Systems (MIS), IT infrastructure management, Software development. He is consultant to Cooperative Banks for the Core Banking System implementation project. He has several publications to his credit in English and Hindi on the subject of IT implementation in cooperatives. ERP, Core Banking System, Business Intelligence are his are of interest.
